I got into property management as a property owner myself—I saw firsthand what tenants really need and how the right approach can keep both residents and owners happy. It’s about creating great places to live while protecting the investment.

What do I love most? Helping people build stability. When someone has a safe, well-run home, they can focus on what really matters in life.

I joined Next Home because their values just clicked with mine—integrity, respect, and a people-first mindset. It’s not just talk here—we treat every property like it’s our own and every tenant like they matter.

Outside of work, I’m all about faith, mentoring, and finding creative ways to bring people together. I’m a bit of a risk taker, total water lover, and proud peace-and-love junkie!

Growth

I began working in property management after some negative experiences. It seemed the property management companies I came across viewed their owners and tenants as problems and did not treat them with respect. Due to this, I joined the Next Home team, as I saw first hand the difference in how they spoke about, viewed and treated their owners and tenants. Next Home truly believes in elevating tenant experiences to improve their quality of life and as a result, maximize owners' returns through long term leases and happy tenants.

My favorite part of working in property management is working with great tenants that take pride in where they live and their community.

Outside of Next Home, I love spending time at the baseball field with my son, watching my daughter cheerlead and alongside my wife, hosting friends and family out at our property.

Tenant Relations

As someone who has been a renter my whole life, I’ve experienced the full spectrum of property management—from the truly great to the not-so-great. Those experiences are what inspired me to be part of something better. I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, respected, and at home. Outside of work, I spend time with my two sweet dogs and a close-knit group of friends who fill my life with laughter and unforgettable memories. For me, this journey is about bringing a personal touch to property management—because people should always come first.

With firsthand experience as lifelong renters, we’re committed to providing thoughtful, reliable, and respectful service. Our goal is to create a sense of home for every resident by listening, responding, and delivering quality care in every interaction.

When I’m not working, I enjoy relaxing at home, gaming, spending time with friends, and (admittedly) getting on my kids’ nerves. I believe home should be a place where people can truly unwind, which is why I’m passionate about creating that experience for every resident we serve.

I didn’t set out to be a property manager—but when my own rentals weren’t being managed the way I knew they could be, I jumped in. I love taking a messy problem and building a system that makes life better for everyone involved. That’s where I thrive. What makes Next Home special for me is simple: I feel like I get to build something meaningful with my best friends. Outside the office, my wife Holly and I stay busy chasing our kids from one sporting event to the next—and squeezing in some ATV rides whenever we can.
